The style gets it name from the Bowfin fish which has been translated though the multiple patterns and textures within the shoe. A two tone jacquard style textile sets a base from the toe to the tongue with layered patterned straps and a black synthetic leather toe panel, photo blue and white climbing cord style laces have a green toggle fastening, which pulls in the looped side straps. Hints of blue synthetic leather sit under the straps and Nike embroidered swoosh branding can be seen on the side of the toe box, at the heel and on the underside. The super cushioned sockliner provides sufficient support, edged with lime green. The heel is constructed from layered green, perforated white and phantom navy blue alongside a trail shoe traction inspired sole, which gives plenty of grip.
